Drawing upon archival research, oral histories, and textual analysis, this book maps the moral language regarding sexuality - and especially homosexuality - through which evangelicals, mainline Protestants, Catholic leaders, and gay and lesbian AIDS activists made sense of and responded to the epidemic.
