Issue for January 1967 has date designation only. Issue for January 1968 designated as Volume 2, Number 1. Issue for 1969 January has date only. Starting with issue for 1969 October (designated as No. 4, accounting for the previous 3 issues) issues until May 1996 are designated with whole numbers (No. 4-30). In 1997, the frequency changed to two issues yearly. Issues for 1997 January - 1998 May are designated as numbers 31.1- 32.2. A new numbering system began with issues designated as volumes with internal numbers starting with Vol. 33, No. 1 (1999 May) and so on.
