'Happy Jack' tells the story of the Liz and Jack as they struggle and thrive in life and love. A play for two actors, Liz and Jack voice the many characters that come to illuminate the story of their lives. Inspired by three generations of Godber's own family, 'Happy Jack' was first performed professionally at the Hull Truck Theatre Company in 1985.
