The genuine account, of the trial, of Eugene Aram for the murder of Daniel Clark late of Knaresbrough, in the county of York; who was convicted at York assizes, August 3, 1759, before the Honourable William Noel, Esq; one of His Majesty's Justices of the Court of Common Pleas.
