Another issue of the 2nd ed., with a different titlepage and preliminaries, with the address "To the reader" on the verso of the prefatory leaf. - Contain: 'More memento's', with a colophon reading: London, printed December 8. 1705. - English Short Title Catalog, T48089. - In this last appendix, the page numbers are centred; a variant has the colophon replaced by a verse signed Philotheos, with the page numbers in the outer margins and the date 1706 in the inner margins. - Pp.1-16 [sig. T] contains: 'Mr. Pennyman having got printed two little papers, ..
