Esq; one of the Aldermen of the city of London; on the erecting Madarass and it dependencies into a colony, with a King's Governor, council and assembly; and St. Helena and Bombay, in like manner, if ever the East India Company should deliver them up to the government. VI. A letter to J. S. merchant in Edinburgh. In answer to a question, whether people from Edinburgh and Glasgow may send ships, and trade to the Philippian islands and Japan?
