House of Lords Edward Atkyns, Esq. eldest Son and Heir at Law of Edward Atkyns, Esq. lately deceased, who was the Grandson and Heir of Richard Atkyns, long since deceased, and which said Richard was the eldest Son and Heir of Sir Edward Atkyns, formerly Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer, and Nephew and Devisee of Sir Robert Atkyns, senior, also formerly Chief Baron and Knight of the Bath, - - - - - - Appellant.
